Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all quotations, orders, supplies and installation services provided by Verma Battery And Solar System ("we", "our", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations

• Quotations shared through this website, WhatsApp or in person are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are based on prevailing material rates, government policies and GST; they may be revised after the validity period.
• Online quotation requests are enquiries only — a contract is formed only when we confirm your order and receive the advance payment.

2. Payment Terms

• 30% advance with confirmed purchase order.
• 60% after supply of system material at site.
• 10% after net-metering completion.
• 2% additional charges apply on credit/debit card payments.
• GST is applied as per government rules (currently 5% on 70% of base value and 18% on 30% of base value for rooftop solar systems).

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery: within 1 week from the date of a technically and commercially clear order and site readiness, whichever is later. Freight is included unless mentioned otherwise.
• Installation: normally completed within 3 weeks of the confirmed purchase order, subject to site readiness and weather conditions.
• The customer must provide safe roof access, shadow-free area, and a stable grid supply (185V–275V) for on-grid synchronisation.
• AC wire and earthing wire are provided as per site requirement; name change, load increment and new electricity connection are chargeable extra.

4. Subsidy & Net Metering

• We assist with PM Surya Ghar / UPNEDA subsidy applications and UPPCL net metering as a facilitator.
• Subsidy is sanctioned and credited directly to the customer's bank account by the government; approval, amount and timelines rest solely with the concerned authorities.
• The customer must provide correct documents (Aadhaar, electricity bill, bank details, PAN, cancelled cheque, photo). Delays due to incorrect documents or DISCOM processes are not our responsibility.

5. Warranty

• Solar modules: up to 25 years performance warranty (as per manufacturer).
• Inverter/PCU: 8 years from date of supply (as per manufacturer).
• Batteries and other products: as per the respective manufacturer's warranty card.
• Warranty is serviced as per manufacturer policy. Physical/external damage, tampering, unauthorised repair, lightning/act-of-God events, and use outside specified conditions are not covered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in enquiries, orders and subsidy documents.
• Regular cleaning/maintenance of panels (every 7–10 days recommended) to maintain generation.
• Do not modify or relocate the installed system without informing us; doing so may void warranty.

7. Website Use

• Content, images and branding on this website belong to Verma Battery And Solar System or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.
• Product images are indicative; actual make/model may vary based on availability of approved brands.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that prices/specifications on the website are error-free; confirmed quotations prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product/service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of generation, savings or profits caused by grid failure, DISCOM delays, weather or events beyond our control.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
