Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Verma Battery And Solar System delivers products and completes installations for orders placed through this website, WhatsApp, phone or at our store.

1. Service Area

• We primarily serve Lucknow and nearby districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• For locations outside this area, delivery feasibility and charges are confirmed at the time of quotation.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Solar system material: delivered within 1 week from the date of a technically & commercially clear order and site readiness, whichever is later.
• Batteries, inverters & accessories (Lucknow): same day to 3 working days, subject to stock.
• Timelines may extend due to manufacturer stock position, strikes, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control; we will keep you informed.

3. Delivery Charges

• Freight is included in solar system quotations unless mentioned otherwise.
• For individual products, any delivery charge is informed clearly before order confirmation.
• Unloading support and safe storage space at site are to be arranged by the customer.

4. Installation Schedule

• Installation is normally completed within 3 weeks of the confirmed purchase order.
• Requirements at site: safe roof access, shadow-free area, stable grid supply (185V–275V) and an adult present during work.
• Net-meter installation follows DISCOM (UPPCL) approval timelines, which are outside our control; we handle the follow-up on your behalf.

5. Verification at Delivery

• Please count boxes and check for visible damage before signing the delivery challan.

6. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods passes to the customer on full payment as per the agreed payment terms; risk in goods passes on delivery at site. Material delivered remains in the customer's safe custody until installation is completed.
